As you know, on March 7th & 8th more than 200 people attended a series of free events titled LAND ACCESS & REPARATIONS held at the Tompkins County Public Library. Guest speaker, farmer and activist Leah Penniman from Soul Fire Farm and author of Farming While Black, facilitated the three consecutive events.
Several other partners within the local and greater communities are in conversation to identify next steps in these important efforts and have planned this potluck as a follow up gathering for attendees of these events and the community at large.
