Hemlock Grove Farm’s FALL 2018 Organic Apple CSA starts SOON!
Our Apple CSA is in the popular tradition of the Ithaca CSA– members join and pay ahead of time to receive (in our case) fresh, local, organic apples throughout the season from their chosen pick up site.
Members receive 5lbs of fresh organic apples (2-3 different varieties each time) beginning August 31st and ending November 16th (12 weeks in all with a double dose of apples in the last share). We include refreshing sweet cider in the share three times throughout the season (if you are so inclined). Choose from:
The Full share (65 lbs apples total + 3 half gallons of fresh sweet cider) = $120
-or-
Just the Apples (65 lbs of apples total; no cider) = $105
Varieties range from the early favorite Paula Red, through the popular Honeycrisp and the unique Hudson’s Golden Gem, to the great-keeping Melrose — and many more!
