Learn the foundations of healthy soil through interactive demonstrations exploring composting, mulching, weed suppression, soil structure, moisture retention, soil testing and interpreting results, and other practical strategies used in organic farming systems. Harvest & Post-Harvest Basics: Safe Handling and Produce Care
