Your gift invests in farmers like Ti Hla, pictured here. In the photo she is harvesting water spinach, a Southeast Asian vegetable from her home country of Burma that tastes like a mild spinach and is served raw in salads or sauteed. Two of her 16 (!) sons are farmers at the Groundswell Incubator Farm and she spends many summer evenings helping them prepare for market.
