MUSHROOM LOG INOCULATION with Groundswell Center! In this hands-on activity, inoculate shiitake mushroom spores into a log to take home and grow your own shiitake mushrooms. Leave the event with the log and instructions on how to prepare for a shiitake bloom! $10 per log.

Please note: This is a hands-on and fun activity, but does involve using a power tool and hot wax. young children must be supervised by an adult to take part in this activity.
