Intro to Carpentry Recap!

Last week we also had our Women On the Land: Intro to Carpentry workshop, with Maria Klemperer-Johnson from Hammerstone School.

It. Was. A. Blast! 

We worked towards finishing the end-walls of the structure built during last years workshop. We worked on our circular saw skills, measuring skills, even some small framing jobs and other basic skills necessary to build! It was only just the tip of the iceberg in carpentry, but I’m certain that every person present felt empowered and wanting to learn more! We are so grateful for Maria and her expertise!
